By placing an order on this site, you agree to comply with these terms. Please be sure to read all of these terms carefully. Because these terms are subject to be updated/changed, please review them before placing an order each time you shop with us.

1. Customer Satisfaction

This is one of our top priorities! We will do our best to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. Thus, we allow refunds and exchanges. Feel free to also email us if there is a problem and you would like to work something out or if you have any suggestions, comments, or questions.


We try to solve every problem quickly, and unless you contact us, we will not be able to help you in an efficient manner.

Unsatisfactory Item (item is in perfect condition)

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product(s), feel free to return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unopened and in perfect condition. However, please note that you will be held responsible for shipping fees.

*However, to avoid these charges, it is advised that you verify the items in your cart and check your totals before checking out.


We try to process all refunds, exchanges, etc. as soon as possible, and unless we are aware of what should be coming back into the store and where it was from etc. beforehand, it will take longer for us to take care of the problem. Thank you for your cooperation.


For Damaged Items:

Mail Damages:

All of the items at Anime Loot are brand new and are in perfect condition unless otherwise stated on the description page(s). We inspect every item before we ship it out, to make sure that we are providing our customers with quality items. We also pack the items securely to help ensure a safe transit to you.

However, in the case that the mail carrier damages or loses your package(s), we will help you investigate into the matter. If you are very concerned with this issue, feel free to contact us and ask about mail insurance before placing your order.

If you have insured your package and it is damaged, please email us right away.

If the mail carrier does not refund the costs, we may ship out your order once more. However, because many items are in limited quantities, if your items are no longer in stock, we may issue you a refund instead.


2. Order Changes, Cancellations, Etc.

Orders can be changed or canceled as long as the items have not been shipped out. Once we have shipped out your order, you will have to return the package to us and pay for the return shipping costs if you do not want the items anymore. Please take note that we try to ship out orders quickly, so if you wish to cancel or change your order, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

3. Item Stock

All items have limited stock. If an item sells out, it may be a long time until we can procure more of an item. If you have somehow ordered an item that is no longer available, you can pick another item. We can also issue you a refund if you wish.

Most of the items here are imported items. Thus, additional supply is often difficult to obtain. We appreciate your understanding!

4. Bonus Gifts

Often, we will give out free gifts as a thank you for shopping with us! These gifts will be added to your order once your order is placed (and is confirmed to meet the requirements of this bonus offer). There is no additional shipping fee on these bonus gifts!

Bonus gifts are exclusive, and are not sold in the store. However, they are a secret! We will not disclose what they are.

Bonus gifts vary. Not all may be the same. We will try to pick one that might relate to the items you ordered. If none of them match or relate to your order, we will pick one randomly for you.

CURRENT BONUS OFFER: Receive a free gift when you place an order of $25 or more, not counting shipping. We will also be giving out gifts to some of our first customers as a special "thank you."

Bonus gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you return or refund an order or part of an order (so that it no longer satisfies the bonus offer requirement), we reserve the right to ask for the bonus gift back. Thank you!

5. Item Descriptions

We aim to describe each product as accurately as possible. If the appearance of any item significantly differs from the photo shown on the site, we will make a note of it on the product description page. Please read all of these notes carefully before ordering.



a) In the case that your items cannot be packaged thoroughly in the shipping method of your choice, we reserve the right to use a different method. We will NOT charge you more for shipping.

b) We have found that there are problems with the Ecrater system when a ZIP +4 digit code is entered as the zip code. Please refrain from using the 9 digits and only use the main 5.

For example, instead of entering a zip code of 12345-8888, please just enter the 12345. The system often does not recognize the 9 digits, and if you input the ZIP +4 code, an incorrect shipping fee, or none at all, will be displayed. In most cases, no shipping fee will be displayed at all, and you will only be paying for the item(s) in that transaction. If this occurs, after receiving your order, we will have to send you another PayPal invoice with the shipping fee; we cannot ship out your order until that charge is paid. We apologize for this inconvenience.
